The monastery’s sisters of prosphora and baking obedience commenced to bake artos breads and kuliches for the Bright Resurrection of Christ. We’re still three weeks away from Pascha, but, in order to prepare one hundred and fifty artos breads for the monastery, metochions and sketes, as well as over a thousand of kuliches on time, the sisters began their work as early as the Monday of the fifth week of the Holy Forty Days.

Prior the commencement of a good deed, prayer service was celebrated, during which the sisters received the blessing of the Lord for the upcoming baking process.
