On March 5, Hegumenia Sergiya (Konkova), the abbess of the Seraphim-Diveyevo monastery, took part in the meeting of the abbots and abbesses of the monasteries and the archpastoral metochions of the Nizhny Novgorod Diocese headed by His Eminence Metropolitan Georgiy of Nizhny Novgorod and Arzamas.

The meeting was held in the archpastoral residence adjacent to the Cathedral Church of the Holy Righteous Prince Alexander Nevsky.

Vicar Bishops Elijah of Balakhna and Filaret of Novokonstantinov took part in the meeting.

During the meeting, the participants discussed the issues regarding the life of the monasteries and the archpastoral metochions and their future development.
