On February 18, the TV Channel crew of correspondent Evgeny Karpov and cameraman Vladimir Syaganov filmed in the Seraphim-Diveyevo monastery. They did a story about the mosaic work inside the Annunciation Cathedral for “Vesti-Privolzhnye” TV program produced at the “Rossiya-1” TV Channel. Anton Averyanov and Alexander Bolshov, the mosaic artists, spoke about the specifics of their work.

The mosaics, visually as appealing as gemstones and imparting the brilliancy of gold, are the most suitable material to replicate the otherworldly grandeur of the holy images.
