Metropolitan Georgiy celebrated the Vigil Service at the Seraphim-Diveyevo monastery’s Metochion Church in Moscow
Metropolitan Georgiy of Nizhny Novgorod and Arzamas celebrated the Vigil service at the Patriarchal Metochion Church of the Holy Trinity Seraphim-Diveyevo monastery in Moscow. The service was held at the Church to the Synaxis of Diveyevo Saints on the eve of one of twelve major feasts of the Orthodox Church, the Annunciation of the Most Holy Mother of God.
The clergy of the Nizhny Novgorod Diocese concelebrated their archpastor. The sisters of the Diveyevo monastery, joined by the local faithful, prayed at the Vigil service.
Andrey Klishas, Chairman of the Council of the Federation Committee on Constitutional Legislation and State-Building, attended the service.
