For the fourth time, the Seraphim-Diveyevo monastery honored the winners of the “Volunteer of Venerable Seraphim of Sarov” competition.

Metropolitan Georgiy of Nizhny Novgorod and Arzamas presented awards to the winners and laureates of the competition in a solemn atmosphere in the Slavic Culture Center of the village of Diveyevo.

At the beginning of the event, Rev.Fr. Alexiy Soloviev, the deputy chairman of the Synodal Department for youth affairs, greeted the participants and noted that the previous two days of the event were quite intense and left vivid impressions. “It is a joy to meet face to face with those who give a part of themselves to others, get involved in socially significant actions and make the world a better place.”
