On May 21, the students from the National Research University “Higher School of Economics” and their instructor Yulia A. Krasheninnikova talked to the sisters about monastery life, pilgrim services, and rural development.

The students’ trip to Diveyevo and Sarov was part of the project “Rediscovering Russia.” Its goal was to offer students an opportunity to learn first-hand about daily life at various regions of Russia, in addition to a priori knowledge.
