Meeting regarding the further development and renovation of the Diveyevo monastery
On November 18, His Eminence Metropolitan Georgiy of Nizhny Novgorod and Arzamas presided at the meeting held in the archpastoral residence adjacent to the Cathedral Church of Holy Righteous Prince Alexander Nevsky. The meeting was dedicated to further development and renovation of the Holy Trinity Seraphim-Diveyevo monastery.
Participating at the meeting were Igor Panschin, Deputy of the Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to Privolzhsky Federal District, Sergey Barinov, Sergey Barinov, Minister of Property and Land Relations in Nizhny Novgorod, Very Rev. Fr. Sergey Matveev, Secretary of Nizhny Novgorod Diocesan Office, Hegumenia Sergiya (Konkova), abbess of the Diveyevo monastery, Igor Filippov, director of “The Managing Company on the Development of Sarov-Diveyevo Tourism Cluster, benefactors, and the representatives of contracting organizations.
