On March 16, a prayer service for a good cause was served at Suvorovo’s Dormition church, the place of eternal rest of local martyrs Eudoxia, Daria, Daria and Maria. Metropolitan of Nizhny Novgorod and Arzamas Georgiy presided over the prayer service held in anticipation of the 100-year anniversary of their martyrdom.

The ascetics of God were executed in 1919 on the eve of the feast of Transfiguration of the Lord in Suvorovo, then known as Strakhova Puza village.

Puza’s martyrs were glorified at the anniversary Council of Bishops of the Russian Orthodox Church held on August 13-15, 2000. Their names are included in the Synaxis of Diveyevo saints.
